Implementing Twiki - 01

I had a meeting with our IT team - our security analyst and system admin engineer - to formulate a plan of action to implement Twiki. And guess what, our security analyst began the meeting with a warning! "Open source?", he said, "do you know, there wouldn't be any support!!!" Rest of the meeting was equally disappointing. Mr security analyst is busy with IT audit and hence we would have to wait for atleast a couple of weeks before the system could be installed in our environment. In the mean time, I promised him that I would get references of individuals or organizations with experience on Twiki. So, do you know any one who can help me with Twiki? Would be extremely glad to hear from you.
